The Ol' Resolutions

It's been awhile, with many thoughts going unrecorded, since my last post. But as the New Year rolled around I figured that a few resolutions were in order.

1. I'm going to buy and cook food in smaller quantities. Being raised in a Costco family, this will not be an easy transition, but all the food wasting that I have been doing needs to stop.

2. I'm going to celebrate more fully. No longer will Lent go by half heartedly observed, or cards and presents not sent. Friends, be prepared for a year full of the joy of the Lord!

And although that is only two, I'd rather keep those than have a list of twenty good intentions that are never acted upon. Blessings in this fresh, new 2009!
